Kelly’s Fiesta Fresh Salsa


Ingredients:

1 lrg tomato
1 avacado
1 lemon
¼ red onion
1 generous handful of cilantro

Directions:

Dice up tomato, red onion and avocado into a large bowl
Dice up cilantro leaves (not too fine) and squeeze 1 lemon into the fiesta party
Hand toss and serve


*Double or triple recipe to make a large party bowl
